You can cancel a course on which you are enrolled and be fully refunded all course fees, providing you give The Archilime Academy at least 20 working days notice prior to the course commencement date.
If a cancellation notice is given between 10-19 days you will receive a 50% refund and for cancellations within 10 days there will be no refund applicable. For more information on our Cancellation Policy, please contact us.

Independent practice once the course is completed is not obligatory, but definitely encouraged to keep your skills fresh. We have produced an extensive manual which runs directly in-line with the content covered on the course to enable individual extra-curricular study.
As our course are run online, you simply need a computer with internet connection and a webcam. You don’t even need to worry about having the a V-Ray license. As we are a V-Ray Certified Training Academy, we can now offer course licenses for you to use for free!
After the course, as well as a fully comprehensive course manual you will also be applicable to 30 days support direct from your trainer so rest assured, we value your care and we value your development.
Whilst the course will be taken on Windows PCs (which we will provide), the difference between Windows and Mac versions of SketchUp are minimal – however, the trainer will indicate the slight differences throughout the course duration to ensure that SketchUp can slot seamlessly into your existing working framework.
